1. Agreement and service
Accepting these terms before checkout creates an electronic service agreement with the operator. Confectioner AI provides six AI-assisted confectionery roles, chat history and supported file analysis. AI output is informational and must be verified before production, sale, health, safety or regulatory decisions.
2. Plans and allowances
Trial starts after email confirmation and includes 10 successful AI requests for 7 days. Starter includes 50 requests per month; Professional includes 150. All plans use a professionally managed LLM. Only a successfully returned AI answer is counted. Unused requests do not carry forward.
3. Price, payment and activation
Russian customers pay in rubles through YooKassa. Other customers pay in US dollars through Freedom Pay. The displayed total covers the selected month, quarter or year. Access starts only after a verified provider webhook. The current version does not charge automatically; renewal requires a new payment.
4. Cancellation, refunds and availability
The customer may stop using the service at any time; paid access remains until the period ends. Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights and remedies follow mandatory law in the customer’s country. Confirmed outages may be remedied by a refund or access extension.
5. Accounts, data and acceptable use
The customer must protect credentials and may not bypass limits, attack the service, submit unlawful content or violate third-party rights. Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Files are sent to the AI provider for requested analysis and are not retained here as raw uploads.
6. Governing law and disputes
Mandatory rules of the selected customer country remain applicable. The parties should first contact the operator for an amicable resolution; statutory courts and regulators remain available where required by law.
